With over 18 years experience in the industry, Vreni’s current practice as a C.H.E.K. Level 3 Practitioner, C.H.E.K. Level 2 Holistic Lifestyle Consultant, and Advanced Metabolic Typing Advisor involves helping people feel better and feel younger through posture correction, corrective exercise, as well as nutrition and lifestyle counselling.

She specializes in helping people overcome chronic pain due to accidents or postural issues by examining the whole body as a functional unit, and addressing the cause of the problem. Nancy is a Personal Trainer in Vancouver Nancy Wong

Nancy has a BSc in kinesiology and has been in the fitness industry for eight years. As a practicing certified kinesiologist she has experience in vocational rehabilitation where she has supported car accident victims to get back to their normal lives.

She’s also worked with individuals with sports related injuries and general muscle imbalances. Nancy has her Level One Golf Fitness Instructor certification and can help clients improve their performance. She recently joined the national staff of the Canadian Paralympic Wheelchair Rugby Team to help them prepare for the 2010 World Cup and 2012 Paralympics.

Sandra Sandra Knezeviciute

Sandra has been in a wellness industry for the past 4 years working both as a personal and a group trainer.Through the CHEK Institute (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology)

Sandra is trained in functional exercise, personalization of program design, correct application of exercise as well as in wellness, stress management and lifestyle coaching.A passion for helping people manage pain led Sandra to specialize in Integrative Somatic Therapy, a system of posture assessment and therapeutic massage.

Her extensive skillset allows her to find improper structural and biomechanical patterns in a client’s body and develop a comprehensive program for the client in the form of an exercise program as well as massage therapy in order to reduce pain and improve function. Sandra is a C.H.E.K. Exercise Coach, C.H.E.K. Holistic Lifestyle Consultant, INT Somatic Therapist.
